Refund & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, Palvin Organics will not accept any cancellation, return, or refund requests.
However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our valued customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
In Case of Damaged Product
Palvin Organics needs to be notified of any damaged product within 3 days from the delivery date via email to info@palvinorganics.com or WhatsApp on +91 79902 79011
In your email or WhatsApp message, please share:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One clear outer box image
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- Opening box video
In case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
We will be happy to promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and will work with you to provide an amicable resolution.
Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
In Case of Missing Product
Palvin Organics needs to be notified of any missing product within 3 days from the delivery date via email to info@palvinorganics.com or WhatsApp on +91 79902 79011.
In your email or WhatsApp message, please share:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One outer box image
- Opening box video
We will be unable to accept a refund request; however, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product after verification.
Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
In Case of Spoiled Product
Palvin Organics needs to be notified of spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email to info@palvinorganics.com.
In your email, please share:
- Order number
- Date of packaging (as printed on the product)
- Clear images or video showing the product’s condition
Please note: We will be unable to accept returns or refund requests due to variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma, as our products are completely natural and handcrafted. Slight differences between batches are normal and occur because we do not use artificial additives or preservatives.
We assure you that no compromise is made in our natural production process or ingredient quality.
We will work with you to provide a fair and satisfactory solution after due investigation and diligence.
